SG Malta is an audit, accounting and management consultancy firm set up in 2007 by Mr. Sandro Grech B.A.( Hons) Accty, FIA, CPA, an experienced accountant in public practice. SG Malta was established after a split in the partnership, DG & Associates, originally established in 2003.
SG Malta is a firm that offers a wide variety of service offerings that can be categorised under five different headings, namely:
- Auditing - external and internal auditing, EU Project auditing certification, assurance services and business risk services;
- Accounting - including maintenance of books of accounts and the preparation of periodical and final financial statement
- Taxation services - including personal and corporate tax services permanent residency and tax incentives;
- Back Offices Bureau Services - which include the provision of payroll services, company incorporation and secretarial services and related services.
- Consultancy services - in both the financial fields (corporate finance, planning and valuation) and managerial fields (business and strategic planning, business development and other related areas).
In addition to the expertise and experience of its founder, the firm can rely on a strong network of professionals in various fields, including management consultancy, legal, IT and ISO certification services, which thus complement and enhance its already wide service offering.
At present the firm has a wide portfolio of clients, comprising SMEs, micro businesses and also large firms of varying age, which operate in various economic sectors, such as local government, manufacturing for local and export markets, retail and wholesale, hotel and leisure industry and service industries including IT firms.
The founder of the firm has over two decades’ experience in the management consultancy, financial control and auditing spheres, with various private and governmental corporations both in Malta and abroad.
